I am very happy with Antonio's work on our opened drywall ceiling. The final outcome is what I wanted. It is hard to imagine there was any opening there at all. He closed it, matched the texture, went same evening to a store and bought some paint. He was going back and forth to his car for tools and never forgot to wear shoe protectors.
He fixed the light that was not working too. It was ultra easy to hire him. I think I got lucky on one of those crazy rainy days. He responded to my message very quickly and was at my place fixing the ceiling in like 1.5 hours.
Wow. I was trying to hire the drywall guy here at yelp for a week going back and forth through his manager and I hired Antonio in a blink of an eye. The bonus: he charges very reasonably. I liked his attitude and demeanor as well. I cannot thank Antonio enough and plan to hire him for more projects around my house.

I highly recommend Antonio for his services. My bathroom exhaust fan was not working and I reached out on Yelp for quotes. He responded right away with a very reasonable rate on labor. He even sent me pictures of the replacement part with prices at Home Depot and said he would charge exactly what it would cost. He didn't try to overcharge me like other places which I extremely appreciate. We ended up not needing the part because it was just an electrical issue. So he only charged me for labor, in which he ended up discounting. He is honest, reliable, and efficient. He also goes out of his way to find me parts on another repair that I needed and said he would move his other schedules around to fit me in as soon as possible.Again I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a great handyman. Thank you, Antonio!!

Building Plus LLC delivered beyond my expectations! Antonio was on time and very respectful and did a good overall job.He gave me an initial estimate online, but when he came he explained that the job would cost more. He did the job right, supplied the materials etc and overall, I was happy.I got a nest floodlight installed, there was no previous light. I also got a security panel installed in place of an existing one with the given adapter.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Building Plus. Antonio just finished installing overhead shelving in my garage. I decided to hire him because of his reasonable pricing and quick responses to my questions on Yelp. He was also flexible, friendly, and communicative throughout the installation to ensure what he was doing was what I wanted. Thanks Antonio!

Building Plus LLC is simply the best handyman service! Asked Yelp to help me quote a few small projects I had and Antonio was one of the replies. Very reasonable rate compared to others that quoted and he came the next day and fixed the two items in three hours. I will use him again for my next project.

Hired him to defrost the upright freezer in our garage. Antonio texted me the day before to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time.He was able to figure out how to do it and was very patient with my husband, who wanted to help. He even helped unload and reload the frozen food. Reasonable price. Very happy with him and will keep his card for future jobs.

Customer
Was very quick to provide an estimate over the phone. Arrived the same day, fixed a door deadbolt that was not opening (door required to be removed from frame first), and honored the price given over the phone.

Antonio quickly responded to my messages and set up and appointment the next day! We had an unrealistic AC filter location that was unsafe. I had 2 complies come out and they refused to do the work. After quickly communicating Antonio and sending photos , he was sure he can get the job done. He now will be our " go to handyman"
Thank you!!!!!

Customer
Antonio was awesome to work with. Quality work in a efficient timeline and a very reasonable price.
He was able to install a ceiling fan in our dining room in a few hours where another handyman quoted it would take 4 days to open up the ceiling.
Thank you Antonio!
We will for sure use his services again.
